This was not what I was expecting. I was expecting a DVD recorded show of BB and Clapton.it is only the music and plays on the DVD player. I was disappointed since I wanted the TV show.
Emailed a friend that he should go get it. I got this CD late one day. The energy of these two legends is amazing. I was falling asleep, but put it on to listen to a track or two. I couldn't shut it off. They obviously had a lot of fun recording together.Buy it now. Buy a backup copy.
I purchased this CD for my father's birthday. I purchased it because I enjoyed it so much myself. I love jazz and the blues and so does my dad. When I think that I have found something special, most of the time I buy one for him and this CD is wonderful.
old, that these guys get back together and make a serious sounding.DEEP.blues album ( OLD GRITTY, RAW BLUES SONGS ). The rest is really good, but at 12 songs it's rather short.
It is fun to listen to.but I exspected a much more serious SONG SELECTION for these 2 great singers. This is not a serious BLUES ALBUM.
And "I WANNA BE", sounds almost like a rock ANTHEM. The "TITLE SONG", is some-what of a joke song.
The song "DAY's OF OLD", just doesn't sound like blues. I would suggest, since BB KING is 82 yrs.
BB ain't going to be around forever ( THOUGH HE SINGS LIKE IT ), so hurry up.CLAPTON.
It was good to hear these two together, both admirable in their own styles.Particulary fond of BB's penny arcade, its so relatable.Sounds like they had a good time recording it.
